When you find a home you love, your agent will help you submit an offer. We are skilled negotiators that know how to get you the best price and value possible. An offer for purchase is then drafted and reviewed by the buyer and signed. Once an offer has been accepted we'll help you navigate through inspections, appraisals, and closing. We do all of this at no cost to you, the buyer, as we are compensated by the sellers.

A final walk through of the property will be conducted before closing on your new home. This is to ensure that any repairs have been made and that it is in the same condition as when originally contracted. Then it's time to get the keys and make lasting memories in your new home!
