At this stage, we will receive offers on the property in which we will use every negotiation tool to help you make the best deal possible. Once we have arrived at a price both you and the buyer can agree upon, it's closing time! At closing, all the necessary documents will be provided for you to sign. Then congratulations, you sold your home!
